在写求职信附信时很重要的一点是必须做到量体裁衣。针对某一个公司的具体要求和特点去写，要有针对性。千万不能让对方感觉到你是一个版本到处发。

You will find that most universities will have a careers service. It's there to provide guidance and tips as well as practical help such as editing your CV and interview preparations. So you should make full use of the free facilities at hand. It's much better than doing it on your own.
你会发现大部分大学都有职业服务中心。专门为本校生提供就业建议和指导。比如，帮助学生修改个人简历和准备面试等等。应该充分利用唾手可得的资源，那样比你一个人孤军奋战要好得多。
Recommendation by your tutor 导师推荐
A strong recommendation from your tutor is most useful. But he or she won't do it just because he or sheis your tutor. It's down to you to leave a good impression so that he or she feels that you are worth the recommendation. If he or she is keen to do it, it will be a convincing one.
导师推荐信非常有用。不过不要以为他/她是你的导师就必须要替你写推荐。这就要看你能不能给他/她留下好印象，让对方觉得你是一名值得推荐的学生。如果他/她乐于写推荐，那么这样的推荐信一定是很具有说服力的。
